From start to finish, Jackie was so much more than just a celebrant – she became an important part of our vow renewal journey, and we truly cannot thank her enough.
I first came across Jackie on Facebook and was immediately drawn to how open, genuine, and honest she was. From our very first interaction, I knew we had found someone special. When I reached out to explain that my wife and I were renewing our vows, Jackie responded so quickly and warmly that she instantly put us at ease.

After discussing the options, we chose the full package, and it was the best decision we could have made. Jackie went completely above and beyond. She visited us at home and spent hours getting to know us, listening to our story, understanding our journey, and finding out exactly how we wanted our day to feel. She took the time to truly understand us as a couple and captured every detail with care.

She then returned to share the ceremony she had written, transforming our story into the most beautiful words imaginable. It was like she had known us for years. Every part of it reflected who we are, what we have overcome, and the love we share.

One thing that meant so much to me personally was how understanding and supportive Jackie was regarding my difficulty with repeating certain words. She recognised this straight away and handled it with kindness, reassurance, and professionalism. At no point did she make me feel self-conscious or worried. She simply had everything in hand, allowing us to relax and enjoy the experience.

Jackie managed everything effortlessly behind the scenes. She liaised with the hotel, organised the ceremony flow, coordinated who would speak and when, and ensured everything was printed and prepared. There was never anything for us to chase or worry about because Jackie was always one step ahead.

On the day itself, she was incredible. When I was running late and feeling overwhelmed, Jackie came to find me and immediately helped calm my nerves. Her presence alone was reassuring. She made us feel completely supported from beginning to end.

The ceremony itself was absolutely perfect. Jackie told our love story with such warmth, emotion, and authenticity that there wasn't a dry eye in the room. Every guest could hear her clearly, and so many people commented afterwards on how amazing she was and how beautifully she captured our journey together.

Jackie is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly passionate about what she does. She has a unique ability to understand exactly what people need and bring their stories to life in a meaningful and memorable way.

We genuinely could not have wished for a better celebrant. Jackie made our vow renewal everything we dreamed it would be and so much more. She removed all the stress and worry, allowing us to focus entirely on celebrating our love and our journey together.
